5 ways to appreciate your customers: 

  1. Hand written notes. We are all starved for time and resources. So when someone see that you have used your time on them it makes them feel special. Hand written notes take time and effort. It brings that personal connection. 

  2. Make a donation. You can give donations in honor or in the name of your customers company or the customer themselves. Make sure you find out what charity or community organization your customer is passionate about.

  3. Spontaneous surprises. Surprises are a great way to show you that you care, whether it be an Amazon gift card or showing up at their office with donuts and coffee. It shows that you are taking the time to thank them personally.  

  4. Personalized messages. Personalized messages have the same impact as a personalized email. Customers will feel appreciated that you took the time to acknowledge them. Personalized email, special video that thanks customers directly, personalized message from the staff or a gif.   

  5. Customer shout outs. Show off the clients that you helped become successful. Customer testimonials, customer spotlights, videos about customers and what you’ve done for them.
