Get to know all the new updates to Facebook and Instagram and how it benefits your business. You may have noticed in the recent months that there has been lots of updates and increased features. Here are 8 changes that you want to pay attention to.

1.) New creative tools in apps “ad manager” – The ads manager mobile app now lets users edit their photos in-app, including cropping, utilizing templates, adding color filters, and slapping on new shapes, stickers, and even logos. 

2.) Updated look for mobile- With your business FB page, you now have a new look. Reviews are going to be more prominent than ever so make sure you make a great effort to collect more reviews, so you can be found with the new local feature.  

3.) Tap to react feature- users can now tap to react to your story on Facebook, which is another way to increase your engagement and see how people are receiving your content.  

4.) Time management tools- Users can now view how much they’ve used the Instagram app day per day. As a business owner, this can possibly effect you because of how much content a user can now see on their Instagram feed. Posting at peak Instagram times are more important than ever.  

5.) Video chat and direct messaging – This chat function works just like facetime so you can connect with users in real time. When you start a video chat, there will be a ring alerting the user that you want to chat. This can be a great way to connect with customers, showing that you value them or want to help them with any problems.  

6.) Add music to your stories on instagram- As a business owner, you can use music to help set a stage for your story and draw even more attention to what you’re capturing.
